工場で生まれる端材をパッチワークしたアップサイクルボロタイプ2を全面に配したTシャツ。
柔らかく膨らみがあり、ほど良い肉感で型崩れしづらい40番双糸の天竺編みボディ。
製品状態でタンブラー乾燥を施すことで生地の風合いを増し、洗濯でも縮まないように配慮。首部分は型崩れしづらいバインダータイプで、長く着用できる生地と仕様を採用。

Fabric

Based on our experience in the process of producing UPCYCLED BORO TYPE 1, we have collected many kinds of fabric remnants and combined them by Sashiko inspired technic into reusable fabric. In the washing process, we chose ozone process to reduce loads on the environment. Eco-friendly and sustainable fabric. The cotton jersey fabric is made of 2-ply 40 count twisted yarn, which is soft, bulky, and has a good texture that makes it hard to lose its shape. The fabric is tumble-dried to enhance its texture and to prevent shrinkage when washed. The neck part is a binder type that does not easily lose its shape, and the fabric and specifications are designed for long-lasting.
