As I mentioned, the material has getting harder and harder to find, therefore we don't know when we will be able to restock them next time. Of course, the price will be higher and higher...
For this reason, we have created a fabric that replicates vintage cotton tent this time.
Ageing by yourselves
The newly developed fabric is a high-density weather cloth. As the name "weather" implies, it is waterproof. We used paraffin processing to soak up the wax on the weather cloth to reproduce a vintage tent fabric. In fact, the tent fabric of that time was also paraffin/wax processed dense cotton fabric. It is a tough fabric that can be used without worrying about wet spots or stains, as it can be cleaned up with a wipe.
One of the characteristics of the paraffin finish is that the folds and wrinkles of the fabric appear as if they were scratched with chalk. The "chalk marks" will appear in different places depending on wearers. Unlike vintage fabrics that have already aged, the more you wear these pants, the more they age, and like rigid denim, they "grow on you.
Sophisticated Wide Shape
The wide pants with inverted box pleats at the front have a beautiful, supple shape. The back style is roomy around the hips, but still looks sleek. The side silhouette is beautifully designed to flow from top to bottom. These are our standard pants, they are always being updated.
Lastly, look at the hem.
The zig-zag stitch is not only for reinforcement of the hem parts, but also helps the overall shape look beautiful.
